John K. Peters
John is the CEO of Reconnex. He has been CEO of several venture capital-backed companies, including PocketThis, Yipes Enterprise Services, Netli and Sigma Networks. Prior to Sigma Networks, John was EVP for Concentric Network Corp., where he held various senior management roles leading the operations, engineering, product development, product management, Web hosting services, and corporate development organizations. John has also served as president of Venture Development Consulting, specializing in new communications and information services; VP and COO of Pacific Bell Information Services, Inc.; VP of application services for Telestream Corp.; co-founder of Integrated Office Systems, Inc.; and VP of advanced network services for GTE Telenet Communications Corporation.
John has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in statistics from Stanford University.
