Tom Malloy
Tom Malloy is Chief Software Architect for Intelligent Documents in the Office of Technology at Adobe Systems. Tom has been with Adobe since 1986 and has held a variety of engineering management positions and played a leading role in the development of many important Adobe products, including Adobe Illustrator for Windows, Adobe Illustrator 3.0 for the Macintosh and Adobe Type Manager. Prior to joining Adobe, Tom worked at Apple Computer, where he helped manage the software development for the Lisa computer, the precursor to the Macintosh. Before joining Apple, Tom developed application prototypes at Xerox Corp.’s Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). Tom received a BS and MS in computer science from Stanford University and is a member of ACM and IEEE. |
