Tom Keffer
Tom Keffer is the co-founder and former CEO of Rogue Wave Software (now a division of Quovadx), a developer of reusable software components and services that facilitate application development. Prior to co-founding Rogue Wave, Tom was a professor of Oceanography at the University of Washington and on the scientific faculty of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. Tom received a BA in biology from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in geophysical fluid dynamics from Oregon State University. |
