BlueRoads Named ''Cool Vendor'' by Leading Analyst Firm; Vendor Selected Based on How Innovative, Impactful and Intriguing They Are

SAN MATEO, Calif. April 5, 2005 -- BlueRoads Corporation, an on-demand channel management software company, today announced it has been included in the list of "Cool Vendors" in the "Cool
Vendors in IT Services and Outsourcing, 2005," published on March 21, 2005 by
Michael Haines, et al of Gartner, Inc. To achieve "Cool Vendor" recognition,
vendors were evaluated by Gartner's IT business strategy analysts in the
categories of technology innovation, business impact, and industry interest.

According to the March 2005 report, "More IT providers are relying on
indirect channel revenue contribution to meet their financial goals. These
providers need to empower partners, and more importantly the individual partner
salespeople, to actively participate in collaborative processes to successfully
improve channel performance and predictability."
