San Jose, CA — September 15, 2004 — Everyone.net, a global provider of integrated hosted email services; today announced the appointment of a new President and CEO, Mr. Michael Rose.
Mr. Rose will lead Everyone.net’s growing business in multiple markets: hosted business email, ISP email, and outsourced email. He formerly was Principal of SAVID LLC, a market development and product strategy consulting firm. Prior to SAVID, Mr. Rose was an executive with DIVA Systems.
"Everyone.net is well-positioned to expand as the cost and complexity of self-managed, spam and virus free email continues to rise for small businesses, ISPs, and large organizations," said Mr. Rose. "Michael brings an excellent track record of accelerating growth in a competitive market place, and we believe he will be successful at expanding Everyone.net’s business," said Charles Beeler, General Partner El Dorado Ventures.
Mr. Rose replaces Thomas L. Marcus, who joined Everyone.net three years ago and spearheaded the transition from a free ad supported service to a subscription model. Mr. Marcus will remain with the company for several months as an advisor to the CEO.
Mr. Rose also was appointed to Everyone.net’s Board of Directors.
