San Jose, Calif. -- Everyone.net, a market leader in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) messaging for small business and service provider customers worldwide, today announced the appointment of industry veteran, Timothy Eades, as chief executive officer. Eades replaces Everyone.net CEO Michael Rose who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Eades brings more than 17 years of sales and operational leadership experience and technology management to Everyone.net. Eades most recently served as vice president of market strategy, operations and branding at BEA Systems, a provider of enterprise application infrastructure solutions, acquired by Oracle earlier this year. Prior to BEA Systems, Eades managed new market introductions for the Primary Response family of security solutions at Sana Security, where he held the title of senior vice president of sales and marketing.
"The Everyone.net team is thrilled to have attracted a talent of Tim's caliber and track record," said Charles Beeler, partner at El Dorado Ventures. "His successful career in identifying market needs and developing solutions to serve them is exactly what Everyone.net needs to expand its SaaS solutions for SMB critical business application management. Eades' strategic vision, in-depth management experience, and extensive knowledge and network in the industry will allow him to effectively manage the organization for long-term customer growth."
Earlier in his career, Eades served as senior vice president and general manager of the corporate marketing and products division at Phoenix Technologies Ltd., where he was responsible for driving corporate and product leadership, planning an aggressive worldwide marketing strategy and reinforcing the company's thought leadership position.
"Everyone.net has built a solid product offering and a strong customer base of small and medium sized businesses," said Eades. "I am thrilled to lead the company to the next level. We are positioned well to take advantage of several exciting trends including the adoption of SaaS applications at the SMB level and the convergence of email, backup and archive tools in the cloud."
Eades holds advanced degrees in business, international marketing, and financial analysis from Southampton University in England. |
